- Chicken Broth - 2 cups
- Clarified Butter - 10.6 oz
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Raisins - 2.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the carrot, then grate it using a coarse grater.

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into rings.
Step 3
Heat the clarified butter in a pot, add the carrot and onion, and sauté.

Sort and rinse the raisins.
Step 5
Thoroughly rinse the rice and divide it into two parts.
Step 6
Place one part evenly over the onion and carrot, then top with the raisins.
Step 7
Next, add the second part of the rice, forming a mound.
Step 8
Pour the broth into the pot, make several indentations to the bottom of the layered ingredients with a wooden stick, season with salt and pepper, cover tightly with a lid, and set on low heat.

Before serving, gently stir the porridge from the bottom up.
