  • Broccoli - 17.6 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
  • Celery salt - 1.8 oz
  • Rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • Oregano - 2 bunches
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.

Step 2

Peel, wash, and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

Step 3

Rinse the rice.

Step 4

In a pot, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Step 5

Add the rice to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

Step 6

Pour in the broth and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Then add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook on low heat until done.

Step 8

Wash and chop the celery greens and herbs.

Step 9

Serve the porridge on plates.

Step 10

Sprinkle with spicy herbs and grated cheese.
