- Ground clove - 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
- Fish - 5.3 oz
- Pineapple - 3.5 oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Yogurt powder - 3.5 oz
- Capers - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste

Rinse the rice, add it to 2 liters of boiling water, place the cloves and black peppercorns wrapped in a cheesecloth bag into the pot, add salt, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Drain the cooked rice in a colander and let it cool.

Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 4
Wash the banana, peel it, and slice it into rounds.
Step 5
Slice the pineapple.
Step 6
Wash the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Step 7
Mix the banana with the pineapple, lemon juice, and fish.
Step 8
Add the resulting mixture to the porridge and gently stir.

Chop the capers and mix them with the yogurt.
