  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Condensed Milk - 3 tablespoons

Step 1

Rinse the rice. Let it soak in water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add 200 grams of rice to 1.1 liters of boiling water, stirring constantly, and cook on low heat covered for 18 minutes.

Step 3

Add salt.

Step 4

Add 3 tablespoons of condensed milk, and cook until the first bubbles appear (about 2 minutes).

Step 5

Turn off the heat, add 30 grams of butter, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
