  • Butter - 2.6 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice, add it to a deep pot, add the rinsed raisins, season with salt, pour in 1 liter of water, and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add the cinnamon, reduce the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and cook the porridge on low heat for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3

Once the porridge is ready, stir in the butter and sprinkle with ground cinnamon mixed with sugar.
