Ingredients
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Boiled White Round Rice - 3.5 oz
- Mint - 1 bunch
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts - 1 tablespoon
- Suluguni Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Thyme - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Heat the butter in a pan, add the rice and curry, and stir.

Break the walnuts by hand into large pieces and add them to the rice.

Tear the basil and mint leaves by hand (set aside a few mint leaves for garnish).
