Ingredients
- Rice - 14.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 1 piece
- Pork fat - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Chicken bones - 10.6 oz

Step 1
Boil the bones for the broth.
Step 2
In a large skillet, lightly fry the fat with finely chopped onion and garlic. Add thinly sliced cabbage, sauté, and add water if necessary. When the cabbage is almost ready, season with salt, add the broth, and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Before turning off the heat, sprinkle with cheese. Add salt to taste and serve, drizzled with olive oil and black pepper.
