Ingredients
- Cilantro leaves - 2.5 oz
- Parsley leaves - 1.2 oz
- White Onion - ¼ head
- Minced garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice - 1 cup
- Freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Blend cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic, and 1.5 cups of water in a blender.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the rice, and stir well.

You can add herbs if desired.

Bring the rice to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook until all the water is absorbed.
