Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Long-Grain Rice - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin half-rings. Clean the pepper and cut it into strips. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot, add the onion and pepper, and cook over low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Add the tomatoes and ground meat. Cook, breaking up the contents of the pan with a spatula, for another 5 minutes until the meat is no longer red. Add paprika, salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Stir in the rice, fry for another 2 minutes, then pour in the hot broth, cover the pot with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes until the rice is soft and all the liquid is absorbed. Serve immediately.
