Description
You can use pork instead of chicken fillet.
Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté for 20 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, add salt, and stir occasionally.
Step 3
Dice the mushrooms into small cubes, add to the pan, and sauté for another 20 minutes, add salt, and stir occasionally.
Step 4
Chop the onion into small cubes, add to the pan, and sauté everything together for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the sour cream to the pan and keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the rice and mix it with the prepared sauce.
