Ingredients
- Rice - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Ground ancho chili pepper - ½ piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Orange zest - ½ piece
- Green Butter - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance. Then prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2
For the omelette, beat 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and water. The omelette cooks quickly, is cut into strips, and set aside.
Step 3
Heat a wok pan and sauté the finely chopped ginger, green chili, crushed garlic clove, and zest of half a lime.
Step 4
This aromatic mixture is combined with shredded lettuce, green onion, and green peas. Sauté the vegetables for no more than 3 minutes, adding 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and the cooked rice during the process.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients, plate them, cover with the omelette, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
