- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Bacon - 2.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Rinse the rice.

In the remaining fat, fry the pieces of meat, add the onion and sweet pepper, and fry for another 5 minutes.
