Description
Cook the rice in a pot for 18 minutes.
Ingredients
- Onion - ½ piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Canned Corn - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Rice - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and pour in olive oil for sautéing the vegetables.
Step 2
Chop and sauté the onion for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add diced carrot and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add peas and diced bell pepper, sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add corn, herbs, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer to a separate container.

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Sauté the rice for 3 minutes in butter.

Add salt and stir.

Pour hot water into the skillet.

Stir until the water comes to a boil.

Cover and cook on low heat for 13 minutes without stirring.

Turn off the heat and let the rice sit covered for 15 minutes.
