Ingredients
- Rice - 17.6 oz
- Stewed Meat - 10.6 oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Chili jam - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Spices - 2 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot. Salt the water and add oil.
Step 2
Wait for the water to boil, reduce the heat, and immediately add the rice.
Step 3
Cook according to the package instructions until the water is evaporated.
Step 4
Once cooked, stir thoroughly.
Step 5
Heat a skillet and place the stewed pork in it.
Step 6
Add the bay leaves.
Step 7
Add the allspice. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove the bay leaves and allspice from the meat.
Step 9
Add the cooked rice to the meat. Mix well.
Step 10
Add the tomato paste.

Add the chili sauce.

Add the soy sauce.

Mix thoroughly. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 14
Transfer to a plate, garnish with herbs. Serve in portions.
