- Long-Grain Rice - 1½ glasses
- Onion - 1 head
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Bouillon cube - 2 pieces
- Water - 3 glasses
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the rinsed and dried rice in a skillet with neutral vegetable oil until it becomes translucent. Add finely chopped onion, bell pepper, and eggplant, and continue to sauté. Pour in hot chicken broth made from cubes. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
When the rice is ready, add spices to taste and sprinkle with grated cheese.
