- Broccoli - 1.8 oz
- Rice - 12.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot in sunflower oil. Add chopped broccoli and champignon mushrooms. When the vegetables are soft and the onion is golden, add the boiled rice. Stir and keep on heat for about 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. I recommend adding herbs.
