- Rice - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the rice.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion and grated carrot.
Step 3
Spread the rice evenly on a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Top with the sautéed onion and carrot.
Step 5
Pour water in, about 1.5 cm above the rice.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake for the first 15-20 minutes at 190°C, then reduce to 170°C - 160°C.
