Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 26.5 oz
- Lamb - 3 lbs
- Clarified Butter - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Adjika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the meat with half of the clarified butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, arrange them around the meat, and salt them.
Step 2
Drizzle the meat with a mixture of lemon juice, the remaining clarified butter, and adjika. Bake at 482°F until golden brown, then reduce the temperature to 392°F and bake for another 35 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers, cut them, and bake with the meat and potatoes for another 10 minutes.
