Ingredients
- Marjoram - 1 bunch
- Boneless pork shoulder - 2 lbs
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1 bunch
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Sesame Oil - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion, celery, garlic, and eggplant in olive oil. Add a teaspoon of spices.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. Chop the fresh herbs, grate the lemon zest, squeeze the lemon juice, add the sautéed mixture, drizzle with sesame oil, and season with pepper and salt.
Step 3
Slice the beef, tenderize it, and season with pepper and salt.
Step 4
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Step 5
Drizzle olive oil on a baking tray, preheat it in the oven, and lay out the potatoes.
Step 6
Layer the meat on top, alternating pieces with the dressing.
Step 7
Cover with foil. Cook at 302°F for 1 hour, then at 180–392°F for another hour.
