  • New Potatoes - 24.7 oz
  • Shallot - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Veal Tenderloin - 24.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes and shallots into quarters and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet around the meat, and place the meat in the center. Roast in the oven for 40–50 minutes until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.

Step 4

Transfer the meat to foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the meat on a platter along with the vegetables.
