- Canned Baby Beets - 31.7 oz
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Spanish onions - 4.2 oz
- Honey - ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard - ½ teaspoon
- White Balsamic Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Mint Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place the beets in a heatproof dish and cover with a lid or foil. Roast for about 1.5 hours until tender. Let cool.
Step 2
Peel the beets and cut them into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.
