  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Turnips - 5 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Walnuts - 15 pieces
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • 10% cream - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herb Bouquet - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the carrots, slice them into rounds, and roast in the oven with butter, onion rings, and garlic.

Step 2

Chop the walnuts.

Step 3

To prepare the honey dressing, melt the butter with flour and honey. Add the cream and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the carrots and onion in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts and herbs. Drizzle with honey dressing.

Step 5

Chop the thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
