- Boneless Lamb Leg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Coriander essential oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Herbs - to taste

Rinse the leg of lamb thoroughly and dry it.
