Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix the yogurt with half of the olive oil, adding salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rings. If the tomatoes are small, cut them into quarters. Sauté them in olive oil for 5 minutes, seasoning with salt towards the end, and add whole garlic cloves for flavor.
Step 3
Place the prepared tomatoes on a plate, drizzle them with yogurt sauce, and top with a mix of salad greens.
Step 4
Lightly season with salt and garnish with a couple of drops of olive oil.
