- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 8 tablespoons

Step 1
Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater, squeeze out excess moisture, and season with salt.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Using a spoon, take portions of the grated potatoes and place them in small mounds in the skillet with oil. Flatten the mounds with the back of the spoon.
Step 4
Fry for 4–5 minutes on each side. During frying, add more oil to the skillet as needed.
Step 5
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, or salted/smoked fish.
