Ingredients
- Scottish blended whisky - 20 fl oz
- Coconut Liqueur - 10 fl oz
- Pineapple - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour all the ingredients into a metal container, mix until smooth, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 12 hours at room temperature (no less than 20°C).
Step 2
Next, open the container and separate the distinct layers: the white curd part (the top layer) from the liquid - the actual cocktail (what remains at the bottom).
Step 3
From the top part, you can make coconut cheese and serve it as an appetizer with cocktails.
Step 4
Pour the lower part into a bottle and chill. Serve in a frozen flute glass: pour 120 ml of the drink into the glass and top with 30 ml of sparkling water.
