- Pak Choi - 12.7 oz
- Tofu - 8.1 oz
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Green Onion - 4 stalks
- Teriyaki sauce - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the stems from the leaves of the pak choi. Finely chop the stems and mix with tofu, carrot, green onion, and teriyaki sauce.
Step 2
Lay one leaf of pak choi on a work surface, with the stem facing you.
Step 3
Place 2 tablespoons of the tofu mixture at the folded tip of the leaf.
Step 4
Wrap the leaf like a burrito, tucking the edges in. Secure with a toothpick.
Step 5
Repeat the same steps with the remaining ingredients.
