- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Green Butter - 3 bunches
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel one orange and cut out the flesh between the membranes, squeezing the juice from the remaining parts. Wash the carrot, peel it, and shred it into very thin strips. Blanch for 2 minutes in salted boiling water, drain in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Sort the lettuce leaves, wash them, and tear them into strips after shaking off the water.
Step 2
Wash the second orange with hot water. Grate the zest. Squeeze the juice and mix it with the zest and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable oil and lightly whisk the dressing.
Step 3
Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl, mix them, and beautifully arrange the slices of ham on top of the salad. Drizzle with the dressing. The dish can be garnished with fresh herbs.
