- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Potato - 3.5 oz

- Emmental cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Horseradish Leaves - 0.5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 4 tablespoons

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower and separate it into florets. Peel the stem and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. Boil the slices in salted water for 3 minutes, then add the florets and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove the cauliflower from the boiling water and cool it quickly.
Step 2
Peel the peppers and onion, chop them into very small cubes, and mix them with the cauliflower.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard and cut each into 4 pieces. Cut the cheese into strips. Arrange the salad with cheese and eggs.
Step 4
Boil the potato, cool it, peel it, and then grate it finely. Squeeze the garlic, mix it with the potato, season, and add vinegar, yogurt, cream, and olive oil.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with the resulting sauce, mix everything thoroughly, and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
