  • Olive Oil - 17 fl oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 1 clove

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take 2–3 sprigs of rosemary and place them in a clean bottle. Add a bit more chopped rosemary and minced garlic.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil, but do not bring it to a boil. Carefully pour the oil into the bottle through a funnel. When the oil stops sizzling, close the bottle with a lid and let it steep.
