Description

While roasting, brush the chicken with butter and turn the spit to ensure even cooking.

Step 2

When serving, remove the chicken from the spit, place it on a warmed platter, and garnish with lettuce leaves, fresh or lightly salted cucumbers, and fresh or canned tomatoes.
