Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 5 lbs
- Apple - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 17.6 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, apples, carrots, and bell peppers, peel them, pass through a meat grinder, and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
Step 2
Add the vegetable oil and vinegar, cook for another hour. Add sugar, salt, crushed garlic, and chili peppers, and cook for another 30 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Pour into jars while hot. Seal with lids.
