Ingredients

  • Beef - 10.6 oz
  • Potato - 5 pieces
  • Butter - 2 spoons
  • Spanish onions - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and sauté them in oil.

Step 2

Slice the onion into rings and sauté in oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Cut the meat into pieces and sauté in oil on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Place the meat, potatoes, onions, and root vegetables in a clay pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add a bay leaf, and pour in a little broth.

Step 5

Braise in the oven for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the cooking time is up, pour sour cream over the dish and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, dill, and parsley.

Step 6

Serve the roast with a fresh vegetable salad, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, and herbs.
