Ingredients

  • Beef - 7.1 oz
  • Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
  • Potato - 12 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Cilantro - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Bay leaf - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pound the meat, cut it into 2x2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté over high heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds, and fry until cooked through. Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and sauté in oil until golden brown, then mix with crushed or finely chopped garlic.

Step 3

Fill the pot halfway with boiling water, add salt and pepper, incorporate spices, then place the meat, onion, and potatoes inside. Tightly cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 150–392°F for 20–30 minutes.

Step 4

Serve in pots, garnished to taste with cilantro, parsley, and dill.
