Russian Salad with Trout
Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8.8 oz
- Halibut - 8.8 oz
- Skate Fillet - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Red Caviar - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pike fillet and let it cool.
Step 2
Remove the bones from all the fish and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Grate the pickled cucumbers, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Layer the potatoes and pike fillet. Then cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise and add the remaining layers: cheese, cucumbers, and egg, followed by potatoes. Again, spread with mayonnaise and top with white and red lightly salted fish. Finally, sprinkle the salad with red caviar.
