Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Curry - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Water - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 2
Dice the chicken fillet.
Step 3
Chop the onion into cubes.
Step 4
Sauté everything until semi-cooked in a deep wok pan. Then mix the cup of water with the sour cream (may substitute sour cream with mayonnaise), stir, and pour into the cabbage with chicken.
Step 5
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then add the spices and curry, and simmer for another 5 minutes until fully cooked. Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with any herbs.
