Rustic Potatoes with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Fingerling Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins.
Step 2
Place the potatoes (you can leave the skins on) and mushrooms in a preheated skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste, half of the green onion and parsley, minced garlic, and thyme. Sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with mushrooms with the remaining herbs.
