- Rutabaga - 2 lbs
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Water - 3 cups
- Raisins - 6.7 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Sour Cream - 4.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon

Peel the rutabaga, cut it into pieces, pour hot water over it, and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Then drain the water, place the rutabaga in a pot, add boiling water, and cook until soft; after that, pass the rutabaga through a meat grinder, add salt, beat in the eggs, add melted butter, crushed breadcrumbs, nutmeg, and mix everything well; shape the mixture into patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil.
Step 3
Prepare a sauce for the patties: place the washed raisins in a pot, add water, add butter, sugar, and cook for 15 minutes (from the moment it boils); then add sour cream and a tablespoon of flour to the sauce, stir, and bring to a boil.
