  • Rutabaga - 2 lbs
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Bake the rutabaga, peel it, scoop out the flesh, and chop it. Rinse the pickled mushrooms, chop them, and sauté in butter with two finely chopped onions.

Step 2

Mix the sautéed mushrooms with the chopped rutabaga flesh and stuff the rutabaga with this mixture.

Step 3

Drizzle the stuffed rutabaga with butter, cover it with a lid, and place it in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Then pour in a cup of thick sour cream and brown the top.
