- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and lightly massage.
Step 3
Peel and wash the onion, then slice it into half-rings.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Wash the herbs and chop them finely.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Drizzle with vinegar and dress with vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
