Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 1.8 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the rice noodles (funchoza) in boiling water for 3 minutes. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add whole peeled garlic cloves, sauté for 1 minute, remove the garlic, then stir-fry the funchoza for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the tomato, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh. Remove the seeds and stems from the bell pepper. Cut the pepper and cucumber into thin strips.
Step 3
Combine the noodles, tomato, pepper, and peas, season with soy sauce and spices to taste, and mix well.
