- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Potato - 10.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1.4 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into strips, add spices and salt to taste. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into sticks, lightly salt, and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
Step 3
Grate the carrot.

Boil the beetroot and grate it.
