Ingredients

  • Beetroot - 10.6 oz
  • Carrot - 8.8 oz
  • Potato - 10.6 oz
  • White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
  • Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
  • Herbs - 1.4 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into strips, add spices and salt to taste. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into sticks, lightly salt, and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.

Step 3

Grate the carrot.

Step 4

Boil the beetroot and grate it.

Step 5

Finely chop the cabbage, add a little salt and pepper.

Step 6

Peel the pomegranate and separate the seeds.

Step 7

Finely chop the herbs.

Step 8

Cut the fried potatoes into small cubes.

Step 9

Cut the meat into cubes separately.

Step 10

On a platter, arrange in a circle: beetroot, carrot, herbs, meat, cabbage, potato, and place the pomegranate seeds in the center.
