Ingredients
- Pickled Apples - 14.1 oz
- Roast duck - 7.1 oz
- Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 3 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the carrot into thin strips. In a saucepan, combine the orange juice with sugar and sauté the carrot for five minutes. Whisk the remaining liquid with olive oil.
Step 2
Mix crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley into the goat cheese.
Step 3
Slice the marinated apples and smoked breast (you can use goose breast instead of duck) into thin pieces. Mix all the salad ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
