Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Quinoa - 3.5 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 2 bunches
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Malt Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
