Ingredients
- Serbian Bryndza cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil - 0.5 oz
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 5 sprigs
- Basil - 5 sprigs
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Sumac - 1½ teaspoons
- Marinated cherries - 1.1 oz

Peel the cucumber.

Finely chop the cucumber.
Step 3
Transfer the cucumber to a salad bowl and add salt.

Add the finely chopped basil.
Step 5
Add the shredded arugula.
Step 6
Dress with olive oil.
