- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Banana Leaves - 1 bunch
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Wash and dry the arugula. If the leaves are large, cut them into small strips.

Cut the red onion into wedges.
