Ingredients

  • Sriracha - 3 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1½ tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Jalapeño Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Green Bell Pepper - 1 piece
  • Red Onion - 1 head
  • Canned Beans - 17.6 oz
  • Canned Corn - 17.6 oz
  • Chopped Cilantro - 2.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine lime juice, oil, Sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add garlic, tomatoes, peppers, onion, beans, and corn; mix well, shaking the bowl.

Step 2

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro.
