Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 5.6 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 4.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 4.2 oz
- Butter - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 1.1 oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 3 fl oz
- Salt - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and sauté the chanterelles with thyme in butter for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Separately grill the shrimp for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil, white vinegar, honey, salt, and sugar syrup.
Step 5
Blend until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, dress the spinach with the sauce.
Step 7
On plates, arrange the chopped tomatoes.
Step 8
Next, add the dressed spinach, shrimp, and chanterelles.
Step 9
Drizzle with the sauce.
Step 10
Serve.
