Salad with cod liver and smoked pink salmon
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens - 2.6 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 3.5 oz
- Cod Liver - 2.5 oz
- Pickled Apples - 2 pieces
- Onion - ¼ heads
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Sugar - 1½ spoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 3 spoons
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Drizzle with the dressing and serve.

Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Step 3
Combine with sugar and vinegar, and mix well until the sugar dissolves.

Add salt, pepper, olive oil, and 2 teaspoons of water. Stir again.

Remove the skin and bones from the pink salmon, and flake the flesh into strands.

Carefully drain the oil from the cod liver (or better yet, pat it dry with a paper towel).

Break the cod liver into small pieces with a fork.

Remove the cores from the apples and cut them into cubes.

Place all the prepared ingredients in a dish, add the salad mix, and toss gently (the pieces of fish and liver should remain whole).
