- Beef - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Salad mix "Eats" - 1 head
- Red Grape Juice - 1 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Fry briefly — the meat should be juicy and slightly undercooked.
Step 2
Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool.
Step 3
Pour the oil left from the meat into a saucepan, add butter, vegetable oil, wine, khmeli-suneli, honey, and tomato paste. Make the sauce over low heat.

Slice the meat into thin strips.

Boil the eggs hard. Cut them into large pieces.
